Bill got into the wine business almost on a whim when having contemplated importing wine year after year of visiting French wine-growing areas in the South of France he eventually took the plunge and ordered a mixed pallet, thinking “Well if it doesn't sell, I can have some good parties.” But it did sell and he brought two more pallets in fairly close succession.
Bill loves to share his enthusiasm and appreciation of wine at tastings, events and tours – and in blogs.
He has written several blogs on matching a good wine to specific food. Click here to read one wine pairing blog. It was the popularity of this to inspire him to organize a series of videos where together with his friend and colleague, Nicholas Collis, he fine tunes the choice of wine to match a specific dish.
