My daughter, Chelsea, and I started sharing some quick and easy recipes on YouTube near the end of January, 2009. Since then, my husband, Rick, has become the "cameraman." We try to present recipes that are very simple and take very little time to prepare. Our recipes have been taste-tested, and taste is our highest priority, although we do take into account nutritional value of our recipes. You will find a variety of recipes--some low fat, some vegetarian, some absolutely decadent! I think everyone will find something that fits their taste and philosophy of staying fit.
