The owner David Widaski has 38 years of experience in the meat business and competition BBQ circuit. Recognized as the #1 Butcher Shop in Georgia 5 years in a row there is nothing protein wise we cannot get for you.
Our seafood and special orders program is a big hit with our customers. You simply order by Wednesday each week, we then call in the order get market price and call you back with the price and amount you will need, all special orders require a deposit. Be it caviar or catfish, fois gras, or chittlins, we can and will fill your orders.
