I am a chef in many upscale settings here in Southern Vermont.  My restaurant job is in a place rated very highly by both Fodor's and Frommer's restaurant guides.My formal culinary studies have been mostly in the fields of Japanese, Natural Foods, and Macrobiotic cooking.  Though my restaurant serves a fusion of Contemporary American and French cuisine. Also, I work as a personal chef and caterer.  My catering business is called An Evening In.  In addition to weddings and large parties, I also can come into your home with a massage therapist.  While you are getting massaged, I am making a multi-course meal for you to enjoy afterwards.  We clean as we go along, and are out of your hair by the time you have finished dessert! I love to eat great food, and I love to make great food.  I really enjoy going out to eat at high-end restaurants, the way others save up and go off on an adventurous vacation to a distant locale.  I would just as soon spend a week's pay on one really good dinner at an amazing restaurant.
