why did i stumble here anyway? how troublesome... tsk! (confusely shrugs). well for starters, i just love cooking! though i'm quite not good at it (i think), i just love experimenting on new things especially when it comes to food. i was raised with a family who value food so much. my grandma raised her children by putting up her own restaurant, my grandma is a certified cook as well as my grandpa. the restaurant grew on, until i saw my aunties and uncles and even my cousin started cooking for my grandma's restaurant!

and for the main menu, my dad inherited much of my grandpa's culinary expertise and soon i saw myself cooking with him along with my brother and sisters. we sure are genetically endowed! har har har!

and for the dessert, nobody can beat my mom's "brazo de merzedes" and did i mention my mom's cheese pie?! my mom might not be as good in serving main dishes but she surely made us proud by her desserts! You rock mom! love you!
